This must be a TWC system that your talking about. TWC is a great place to contract for if you want to work for free. Maybe you should cut a check every week and pay them to do there installs, But that's the Cable game, Everyone need to move to Home Theater Installs, No Charge backs if you don't drop nothing, You don't have no one out there creating Bad Q.C's to charge you back and you get to make and keep your money, hell sounds good to me
