Maybe two sides to that coin.. Some might think that they can learn from the mistakes made the first time as to do a better or more thorough job, if you will, the next time around. Funny thing though that the end of WWII and many,many ideas have been modeled by and from german protocols. I guess it depends on which side of the two sided mirror you end up on...hmmmm...
