Must be something in the water down there in Durant if you lost 6 techs, that's 33% of the work force.  OKC and Tulsa barely lost 10% combined.  And I wouldn't go pointing the finger at your S.M. for your inventory problems.  We were all warned.  If you truly documented each work order with the equipment used and have copies, then you have something to stand on and make a viable dispute.  That's what we have and will do if needed.  I know that's not encouraging words being that you've just lost your job and face chargebacks, but we hear it everyday on this forum.  You can find some work, the DFW market always needs North Texas techs to cover Paris (if you go east) or Gainesville (if you go west) so keep your head up and do your homework before you go to work for anybody else.
