Yes call. there was a 4 year old boy found dead from starvation in a trailer in Morton, Ms. Just a few months ago. He was living with 2 female adults, other kids, dogs and cats.
I seen stuff in the past, long ago that should have been reported, mainly animal cruelty, never thought about reporting.

Had an installer call the police on a customer cause the customer was rude and an asshole, installer had to run wire thru attic.
He politely called police and informed them of pot plants growing in attic under grow lights. LOL!!!

Be nice to service techs coming to your house.
