Bro: If you owned a card store and a girl came in for a interview as a cashier and said I am a good cashier but I also work for free you would hire her wouldn't you. Thats what Mastek is doing. Through their back charge and service in seven practices they are getting installs done for free. Almost 40% of them. Now you are going to call the owner and say, Hey I have done a bunch of work for you for free. His reply is-"good job Mastec".
What you have to do is what I have done. Stop working for them and find a new business.
I do some surround sound systems and direct and dish work for the local retailers but other then that Im trying to stay away. Ive given Mastec as many chances as I can afford.
