Thank you all for your input. I was thinking of doing that way but the tech I was talking to advsd not to hang to metal studs at all. I later left that project and saw a 42" on a wall at a convenient store. Now I don't know what type of stud they had but being a commercial building I figured Metal studs. It looked like they had some 1" self tapping screws in the bottom of the bracket. Don't know what was in the mid to upper part of the bracket, I didn't want management thinking I was scoping out their tv to come back and steal.

Again Thanks for you all's input. I do think I will try my method of maddness first, since it is my first 42" install in a business.
By the way these guys are just using the 42" as a monitor in order to watch their daily generation of power as it is a wind farm. There will only be the guys that work there seeing this mount or tv.
