heres the thing, knowing what I know about mastec, they depend on you closing a job thru their callcenter, if you fail to do so, your job can get resceduled even though you did the job. When another tech goes out being contractor or in house. they have been instructed to close the job.  So your life span at mastec depends on you doing your job correctly and closing it out real time
