Ok ill get back in ...For starters never has a union,inhouse tech ever fixed or cleaned up any of my spilce points and i never said i could splice a 432 in 4 hours..See this is what im talking about yyou f*ucking inhouse guys train of thought ...What i said was, i can spilce a 432 and be finshed by lunch ...I start work at 5am and take lunch when i have time not when some bean counter tells me ...theres a reason contractors make alot more money than you guys. Were out there getting it done while you guys are sittings around crying about some other tech that got 4 hours of OT ...Ive been around alot of you union guys who think your safe .YOUR NOT anymore not in this country!! Unions are a thing of the last,So you guys go ahead do your thing ,just know this there are alot of great techs out here that are much more skilled and take alot more pride in there work then most of you guys ..And we will take your jobs w/o a 2nd thought ...
