Hey Phill.. McSub.. I also agree with you on 1 to many zero's on that... Interstate Crossing !!.. half day setup.. 12 DOT signs, 2 f lager's, 2 DOT sign board crash trucks, about 100 safety cone's, 1 DOT supervisor & 2 state cops , It must of been the prime that overseen the work zone setup.
I have done many COE's waterway crossing's and have spent 4 or more hours on a 300' waterway crossing, 2 USCG boats, 1 rescue dive boat, 1 COE inspector, 1 MSO company rep, 1 power rep. and they will never all be on time and you cannot continue until all parties give the go ahead.
Hell just 2 weeks ago I watched the florida Key electric 720K power line inspection from Helo across the 7-mile bridge and there must have been 9 boats in the water
and several support trucks on the bridge following the Helo from pole to pole, No wonder I pay $35K+ a year for power here.
