They will have our guns....or we will be outlaws

I am not Tom and part of the reason he can't but ammo is because it is being bought but the message still has truth in it.

If you choose to bury your heads in the sand next time you are near a Sporting Goods

store that sells ammo just go look at their shelves to see what is happening. You can't

hardly buy pistols shells anymore, just shotgun shells and pellets.

Just came back from Big 5 and there is not sqat on their shelves.

I see it all the time down here in Cal.........Tom

Subject: FW: Why Is There No Ammo To Be Had?

I had not heard of this. Are the clowns in DC really so stupid???

Why Is There No Ammo To Be Had? Guess?

Barack 0bama is on track, per 22 years of campaign promises, to eliminate
shooting hobbies, even if it breaks the country.

Thanks to all of you who voted for him.

Sooner or later he'll get around to something that affects YOU.

Georgia A rms is the 5th largest retailer of ..223 A mmo in America , they
also sell 9 mm, 45, etc.

They buy spent brass from the US Dept of Defense - 'one time used' shell
casings by our military. They buy the brass and then re-load it for resale
to Law Enforcement, Gun Shops, Gun Clubs, etc.

They buy 30,000 lbs of spent brass at a time and have done so for 30+ years..

This week the DoD wrote to Georgia A rms and said that from now on the DoD
will be destroying the brass - shredding it. It is no longer available to
U.S. ammo makers - unless they just buy it in a crushed/shredded scrap
condition.

The brass is now going to be sold by the DoD to China as scrap - for much
less money, 28% less, than ammo manufacturers have been paying before the
crushing/shredding process.

Sell, at a loss, to China - and do not sell to a proven U.S. business.

A ny gun/ammo ban agenda working here?

The Georgia A rms owner even related that one of his competitors had
already purchased a load of 90,000 ounds of brass last week - and the DoD
contacted him this week and said they were sending someone over to make sure
it was destroyed, not used for it's intended, and purchased, purpose.

The Georgia Arms owner says that he will have to lay off at least
half of his 160 workers, within 2 - 3 months if the DoD no longer sells
their spent brass to him. By summer - he's out of business.
