thats just the type of management attitude that everyone is pissed about!!! you guys dont value the talent that you have. Cable,so easy even a jackass can do it!! let me tell you something "chillin", most of the people i know are at the top of the game here as far as the quality of their work and if you and the other people in management think that you can replace these guys with newbies off the street,your nuts!! Knight has already lost some of our best guys. techs with 10+ years in. it shows in the QC scores too.
