if you would like a cheat sheet that so simle even a 5 year old could follow, to close out jobs for charter on a PDA. where you can actually see how SIMPLE it is to work a charter system just let me know. and yes i have worked in systems where this cheat sheet was needed cause it seemed that some of the guys had the IQ's of 5 year olds ( no offense intended).
