Lets say you got your W2 forms with your paycheck and........OH WOW the envelope has been OPENED by someone other than you BEFORE you got it.
Lets say that someone was ohhh I dont know an upper level manager or someone of the such.
Lets say they had a lame excuse like HMMMM "the payroll company made a mistake and I had to open ALL of the W2 envelopes and see how much ALL of you made"
How illegal is that and how much trouble would said person get into if oohhh someone contacted the federal government with the e-mail that confirms this little slip up???
