Another thing... Splicing isn't that hard I did it for 6 months.. I HATE working nights though. I trained for two nights and then dude threw me into it and said go splice.. Man did I screw things up.. Not fun.. I do admit there is more to splicing than what it looks like. Yes, I could splice but I didn't understand how it all worked.
I love your response on how you doubt my pay. UMMM give me your personal email address and I will forward you copies of my checks. I am starting to believe what others say on here. Most are already defeated in your head. Again why not take the advice rather than call someone out? Keep installing boys!!!
