Well at this point and time, I dont think its a matter or people being afraid to stand up for what they believe in, its a matter of people being afraid to lose their job. The MSO can always just overwork their in house techs, and they all know that the way the economy is right now that there is always that next eager person willing to take a job for low pay, because its better than no pay.
