Re: Cable splicing?

Damn Speed help me out would you,
I cut this here 860 3 times and it's still to short do you think it's ok if I pull the weather loop straight so I can make another cut? There is another one on the next pole and one on each side of the amp before it. I've been here for 2 1/2 hours and still can't get this tap cut in. The first cable I cut had a mess of pretty colored things in them and when I looked in the one end it hurt my eye.  then I cut the 540 but I don't have any 540 connectors and the 860'skeep sliding off, now I got the 860 cut but its short and will not reach the tap. So I cut and preped it twice again but now it's even shorter. My boss is going to raise hell if I don't get it back together by quitting time. Oh yeah: why does this one side throw off sparks every time I scrape the center thing with my knife?
If everyone is thinking alike, someone isn't thinking.
