You said that you put up a 500. Did the receiver download the current software version? Verify the software with CSC. If you have the current software, try another receiver. What type of level are you using ? Bubble or inclinometer? The inclinometer will give you a much better reading to ensure that the pole is 100% plumb. Check three sides of the mast. Has your BD been updated with the latest information from the website?
