I agree! Every time I get on the cabl/bar someone is getting screwed out of their money and its been happeing since the beginning. we all have to be contractors now to make any decent money but then the companies for some reason think they can keep our last pay checks like wedidn't even work there. We  need to all stand up for our rights. Like a background check and piss tests! If you are a real contractor with ins, Federal ID # and fully legit with certs and all it is against the law for companes to ask for personal info of that matter. Which now all companies do. Just let us work and not worry about getting paid. We would all sleep better and the industry wouldcome back.
