Are you F$#@$%% out of your mind. You obvisously get paid salary. You are part of the problem with all these contracting companies. When you were a tech, if you were a tech with any skills you probably didn't run into the things that we run into. Alot of manager think that their only jobs are to have meeting so they can feel enpowered and route their techs. Your response to this tells me alot about you with not even knowing you. You expect all your techs to take it like you do. Well when a tech is bearly making ends meet at home and is looking at a job that he is going to give money back to directv or dish you have to be out of your mind to say anything but " I totally UNDERSTAND were your coming from".
I personally would have done the samething and I would be proud to work with this tech anytime because he has something you don't have is respect and common sense.
