Re: I walked away from a Job Today.


That stuff of working for free would get old, but you have got to be creative.  Leaving customers without servicing them is not being creative.  The customers are the reason that we all have jobs.  I know, and because a hack came and slopped her install together, you now have job security in fixing it for low wages.  Either get creative by building a new order, suggest customs, or have a good repore with your local office to have them assist you with materials.  We all take one for the team, and more and more here lately, but we have to remember that we are expendable in these systems that we are working in.  These companies can replace a classA installer with 3 newbies to offset his production.  So be thankful you have a job and do what you got to do to keep it.  And sometimes that means working for free.
