way to go buddy, they shouldn't get away with it, I worked for them and they would charge techs back for leaving an empty cable reel in the parking lot and not putting it in the dumpster. these companies are WAY out of control and it isin't gonna change unless we all make a stand and fight back.
All the techs there are 1099 contractors so they should all get together and come up with charge back codes to bill the company and submit invoices and when they go un-paid for 90 days then they get submitted to a collection agency and BBB .Y ou gotta hurt them as much if not more than they hurt you in order for them to open their eyes.
