After reading replies and your post Att has been on again off again With directv Nothing new here and the the gripe is still the same . Guys its easy When pulling wire to an outlet pull the dam phone line with it  if theres a problem with doing this figure it out and get it done its not as bad as you put it out to be . Note You can't force a cx to have a hard line phone .
