Re: hal-tec/charter/retainage

Same thing happened to us working for Nexlink/FTS/Southwest Telecom in Houston. Reggie from Nexlink flat out said that we will not get our retainage back because they (Nexlink/FTS) paid us too much. What the hell does that mean?  They owe us thousands of dollars. I have a surprise for them.
