hal-tec/charter/retainage

hey guys new here just wanting some advice.haltec laid us off dec 31 our retainage was supposed to be paid in 90 days.well its going on 4 months now and every time we call they say charter sent then more back charges!isnt that what the 90 days are for?15to20 guys @3000 dollars!!!each!i have an appointment with a contract lawyer 2morrow,but do you guys have any advice for us?what else can we do?
