Now since you are already a LLC that should help you...Generally speaking your personal assets will not be touched as long as we aren't talking Hummers when a Ford ranger will do...But I am not a lawyer and anything I or anyone else here advises should be taken with a grain of salt...I do know that the bankruptcy laws have changed and pretty much you still have to repay your debt(s)...
