In the state if TN if I file a personal bankruptcy, how can I protect my business assets (not that I have much) and how will my business partner be effected? I have a LLC for cable installation. What are the rules? Lawyers don't say anything until they get much money and all seemed to tell different stories on their first "free consultation".
