Hey the rec. comes with 25 ft phone line if it don't reach jack, i'm not gonna sweat the puppy with wireless b.s. just tell cx to hook phone line up once every 30 days before going to bed and the response will hit. I've NEVER been charged back for non-responders. One company tried that sh** and we all raise a stink and got ours back. It is just a "Big Brother" ploy.........nothing more!!!!!!
