I prolly only deal with about 10-12 "customers" a day ..wanting to know what I'm doing in they're back yard...and what that big spinning thing on the pole is...and could I please be careful of all the bird houses that are nailed to the pole..and could I fix the drop the installer pulled out on the ground 3 years ago, and how come my truck plates are from 2500 miles away..and how come I didn't call first ...and how come I don't   use a ladder like the last shaky knee zit faced, installer...and how come I'm not answering they're questions...blah blah blah
