A buddy of mine was having the same problem. The system would work for a while and the slowly go south. Nothing but excuses from the dish network. When they would come out make an adjustment, it would work for a while then go south again. They couldn't deliver what they're contract stated and he got out of his contract without a cancellation fee. He went back to cable. Out of the frying pan and into the fire. What ever you choose, the customer service still sucks.
