If you just moved here from Italy go back, as Your statements do not add up. as a former installer for many years . You claim fading signal . directv does not have fading signal its call line of sight. I have found that people like yourself do not pay there bill and wish to claim every excuse in the book. pay the bill and go back to Italy .
