Re: knight back charge

they are notorious for charging $250.00 over what brighthouse would charge a customer for a lost converter or modem. they also charge $25 for every job you dont complete (truck breaking down,get sick or whatever) $50 charge for not having your signs on your "knight signs" om your truck....now i understand there are rules but i never put my signs on at the shop because other techs would steal them.
