Like I said before, Knight never backs their tech on anything, when I worked for then I got back charged for stuff that they were supposed to give me the oppertunity to fix before they took the money out of my check but the supervisor would hold the paper work on the QC and I wouldn't see it until the day before the check was printed and once they garnish your check for a bad QC thats the end of it, or the same thing with a bad digimax those stupid things never worked and they knew it and if someone had to go back to the house on the day of port for the phone number they would take away the whole phone job out of your billing for that pay period and give it to the tech that went to fix it, FL is the only state that I worked in where they didn't set up the install on the day of the port, they were so paranoid that they were gonna lose the customer that they would push the sale out the door as quick as possible.
