the funny thing is that this guy worked for another prime in the same system after this happened. the prime called the mso to get him a tech number and the installation cordinator told the prime that this guy was not aloud to work in their system, but told the prime also to use the guy's middle name for the tech number so that the prime that had him blackballed did not know. the installation cordinator knew that it was a bad deal for the guy to be black balled.
