Case and point.
I know a guy who was doing work for a prime while he was working on a contract with the mso. the prime that he was working for got wind of him working on a contract and fired him and told the prime that he stole, which he did not, but stopped negotiations for his own contract with the mso(go figure). now he is unable to obtain work from any other prime in the same system because the mso has him on a no hire list.
what do ya think???
