The trick is PROVING there is a blackball list...I certainly can't imagine ANY prime telling a MSO who to hire or not...That is out of their job description as a prime...Also you have got to remember that the majority of states are a 'right to work' states which means the employer can (and does) hire & fire at will for any reason they deem neccessary and there isn't a damn thing you can do about it...
On the other hand an employee can leave the employer high & dry and there is nothing the employer can do about it either...Just don't use the past employer as a reference or if you do...indicate you do not want them to be contacted and then you get to tell your side of the story first...
But any employer worth working with/for knows that there are three sides to every story...Yours...Theirs...and te TRUTH...
