It's never gonna end, there is no payscale for contractors, wether you have 20 years experience or 2 months experience you get the same pay and that's not right, if you put your time in and your numbers are good and you hae the experience to get your jobs done without having the need of a supervison or a lead tech then you should get paid for what your worth, but the buisness has never been like that and never will until we either get a union under us or we all go in house and reap the benifits that way.
