I'll second that Splicer, I have worked a few systems for Media-com in N. Caorlina that were o.k. but I worked for them in the Mobile area in 98 and they didn't have a clue. A low cat hurricane had come through Bayou Lebatre (?) while we were up-grading their system and had flooded a lot of their U/G plant , we were working storm damage at regular cheap @ss splicing prices. They had the balls to call us on the radio and tell us to make sure we had everybody back on by 4:30, the idiots didn't realize that a vast majority of their plant would be off for days.
