Our work up here in the north east has become day to day, meanwhile there are stacks of applications sitting on desks waiting to be looked at for job placement.
I have been in the buisness for 21 years and this is by far the worst that I have ever seen and unless these MSO'S do something to spark customers to switch services or to add services I don't see this getting any better for a while and we'll be joining the rest of america on the unemployment line.
And you know it's bad when the trouble call have stopped coming in, customers are dealing with their bad or none working services just to avoid a $49.95 charge (if the problem is on their side)
I went from doing 12 to 15 calls a day to working 3 to 4 days a week OVER NIGHT!!!
