Re: Not a good day for (some) Time Warner employee

I've stated this repeatedly that charge backs are a form of revenue for all media providers. Have been for some time now, and truly it is out and out criminal fraud. In most states any contractor has the right of remedy. Meaning that if a customer is legitimately dissatisfied with the work product, that the person who performed said work must be allowed to remedy said defect within reasonable time. Even then payment cannot be held back or even have monies deducted for said default unless agreed to buy person/persons performing that work.

We don't stand up for ourselves this is what we get. There will always be some company hiring the walking brain dead and providing them with 3 days worth of ride along training (if that) with their junkie top dog tech prior to releasing them unto the world to eff up yet another plant.

Oh and I've said this before as well. The reason almost all MSO's continue to pay less is because they know that with crappy rates come crappy hack wanna be installers, linemen, managers, etc. Hence more charge backs.....KACHING!!!!
