Hey Mike do your Ladder a favor and not gain anymore weight... they are not that forgiving, when they snap, they snap, I suggest that you use a handline to hoist your tools up to the strand, because I know that my linebelt weight was around 40# when I splice and toss a 45# BTD on your shoulder, It kinda puts pretty good bow in that fully extended 28ft. ladder that is only rated for 300# and you are at that max rating in your pj's
I had a splicer buddy that needed 2 or 3 people to hang onto the opposite side of his bucket truck when he had to do anything on a tilt, It was a great time to collect money that he owed you.. What you don't have it?? at 28ft in the air, 2 wheels off the ground, were out of here, no,no,no,no I got it I got it.
