Basically, there is no difference between cable and satelite. The lines still run the same. The only difference is one you site in a dish and the other you run a drop. They both run about the same on the pain in the ass scale.
They try stating it cost them about 5K to train somebody. Never heard that before. Even when DTV first came out, then primestar, then cable. Then went to service then to maintenance. Now back to satelite agian. Feels like I am backing up here. Never had to sign a contract for anybody. Especially 5K contract.
