Yes that is nothing but a way for them try to justify keeping any money owed to you.Tell them to guarantee you 5 full installs a day for a minimum of 5 days a week for the term of that 12 months.They are looking to hire inexperienced people fresh out of a Mc Donalds,their are not any experienced installers that stupid.Anyway GOOD LUCK!
