i have learned the signal must be a 87 or higher on the 103 or 99 ,, or it will kick you back,,, if you have a problem tuning , try this,, i promise this is most of your problems,,, throw the furnished bubble away and get you a real level,, make sure it is PERFECT plum,,, believe it or not, even a small fraction of the bubble off will keep it from peaking,,, try this next time you cant peak ,, take dish back off , get a level and plum you mast perfect,, even that last turn of the bolt will pull it off a hair,, then retry,,, never had one that peaked the 101 and the others not be there , if the mast is perfect,,,,,,,,,,, just something else to try ,,,, hope it will help
