never will do GI again. even is Sullivan is super in deland office , now, bright house is realy the big role in this scrutany. they are so anal about everything and even creating issues, i had many writen statesments of costumer, where they saying that the guy out of inhouse van actually trashing and taking pictures of the trash to back charge, making techs to come back in order to move arial one and a half inches from the pole, because it suppost to be 12, or even better. i had often whent out to berry drop, where costumer been told thet tech will come back with machinery to berry 300 foot drop.
my best sugestion get with directv, hughes, or privat dealer. no mastec at all. try other stuff, they same as gi to much bs
