All of them pay. Pay is not the problem in central Florida. It is the sphincter factor that gets ya. You are going to get paid less in Florida compared to many other parts of the country no matter what you do until some quality paying companies take over the market. Direct is the only way to go if you want to keep your sanity and you are the type of installer who is able to get your ass out bed, be a self starting adult who does what you are supposed to do, does good work, and follows up with the customer. If you need baby sitting, stay in cable. Last thing satellite contracting needs, which is an installers dream job, is more installers doing stupid sh*t to f**k it up for the adults.
