The reason it is failing is for 103b at least I think its b. Anyway what I do is put the receiver on meter and peak 103 to the receiver. It usually takes a few trips from dish to tv. Usually two spins to the left and on up on the micro adjusters. You will find little or no change on 101. I use a analog meter cause Im to cheap to buy a bird dog. I had to find a way to make em pass and thats what I have come up w/
