HR22 and 4 line kaku LNB's. WHAT THE @#$%

 I'm sure this topic has been discused in the past but I'm just getting back into DTV installs. How do I pass the installation verification when I have dithered the piss out of the dish and not cheat by bypassing with a swm. I keeep getting refused an installition verification waiver. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG!!!!!!!!!
