These are all good suggestions, but I have seen standing waves come from 8 port taps also, It sounds like you'll find it. Its really not that hard of a fix once you start trouble shooting , do you have a probe for taps & or splitters? 10 db pad and add 10 to Test point and 10 more what you have for insertion unless you have it factored into test point.
