Dish has really nice equipment but many people struggle to understand the operation of the receivers/Dvr.
Dish has some serious problems with customer education. It is confusing and not logical to allot of the customers.
Many of the customers can not even hook up a new Tv to the system and have to get a installer to come out and do it.
Add that to the fact that the equipment is very dependent on the quality of the install. And you see lot's of problems for dish.
The equipment is better than anyone else's but it is also more sensitive. Don't get me wrong I love my 722DVR.
