I agree with you 100%. I have told more of these so-called employers to lose my contact information than I can remember. It has been my experience that the words, contract and scope of work are kryptonite in this industry. Mention either one and the conversation is over.

More people need to start running their business like a business. Only then will these dishonest middlemen be forced to move on.
